Welcome to Builde, a service by Prodeegi that provides affordable, professional websites for businesses and professionals. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Builde offers website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services with tiered pricing plans. The service includes basic, advanced, and custom packages tailored to meet the needs of various businesses and individuals.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Service Plans
- Basic Plan: Includes professional website setup, mobile-friendly design, hosting, and limited edits.
- Advanced Plan: Includes all Basic features plus unlimited edits, priority support, and advanced SEO.
- Custom Plan: Tailored to specific needs (custom design and development) with dedicated support and additional features as agreed.

4. Free Website Offer
The website setup is free with no upfront costs. However, ongoing services require subscription payments as per the selected plan. Failure to maintain payments will result in service suspension or termination.
5. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly and must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
- Our web payment portal is the only accepted payment method.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or result in temporary suspension of services.
6. Ownership and Licensing
- Websites created under Builde remain the property of Prodeegi until the completion of a full subscription period of 18 months.
- Upon termination or cancellation of the service, access to the website and related assets may be restricted unless agreed otherwise.
- Content provided by the client remains their intellectual property.
7. Support and Maintenance
- Basic Plan: Support available within 24 hours of ticket submission.
- Advanced Plan: Priority support with a 5-hour response time.
- Custom Plan: Dedicated account manager and real-time support as agreed.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely content, images, and other materials needed to create or update the website.
- Notify Builde promptly of any issues, errors, or desired changes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding the content hosted on the website.
9. Prohibited Uses
Clients are prohibited from using Builde services to:
- Host illegal, abusive, or obscene content.
- Engage in activities that infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Conduct any activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
10. Termination of Service
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying us in writing.
- Prodeegi reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services.
- Upon termination, access to hosting and other resources may be revoked unless otherwise agreed.
11. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of service failure directly attributable to Prodeegi, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
12. Limitation of Liability
Prodeegi is not liable for:
- Loss of data due to client actions or third-party interference.
- Downtime or service interruptions caused by external factors beyond Prodeegi’s control.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
13. Modification of Terms
Prodeegi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
